Kewanee Tract

Located in an area known for great deer and turkey hunting just north of Kewanee close to the state line this tract also offers an outstanding timber investment. A recent timber cruise showed the majority of the timber to be hardwood, predominately red oak. This timber cruise showed significant value of the timber should the new owner want to clear cut. And with the bottomland site index being super, the new owner could bed and replant pine and watch the new crop grow at an outstanding growth rate. Access is by historic use road from the blacktop.
