After a 19-year career with Scott Paper Company in land management, Charles Johnson began Johnson Land Services in 1995 providing land management services to institutional and private property owners in west Alabama and east Mississippi.

In 2010, Charles began transitioning into a real estate career first as an agent and then in 2016 becoming a licensed broker. As a result of obtaining his broker’s license, Charles formed Johnson Land Company which is now licensed in Alabama and Mississippi providing real estate services to private, institutional, and commercial clients.

Our primary focus is rural timberland and farmland. We also assist clients with the sale or purchase of homes, home sites, fishing and hunting camps, and commercial properties.
